Alana and I had been going down to Mandurah on weekends with the various boats for some time and it was the obvious place to retire to after leaving 6MM.

We had already invested in a block of land in one of the canal systems in South Yunderup and we rented Ding Bob's holiday shack before buying our first home which we later sold. We then bought a 5 acre block just out of Mandurah in Barragup.
