I bought a little place a
couple of minutes from the centre of Northam next to the Avon river.
It needed a bit of work but it was a cute little cottage and it had
a huge backyard.
Thus my Gardening period began. Joanne had more than a little bit to do with this and I managed to bugger my wrists up throwing bricks around. We couldn't get the lawn to grow so we put a bore down but only managed to tap into salt water. That's how the idea of the pool came up. It took the place of the lawn. We had a dual wood and gas BBQ built and planted a few trees and shrubs. We spent a lot of time 'down the back' as it was an nice little area.
